In addition to the Baldwin Area Medical Center which provides full hospital services, a clinic and a public nursing home, Baldwin's medical facilities include one eye clinic, two Chiropractic practices, one dentist and two orthodontists.
Since February, 1972, Baldwin Care Center has been a 76-bed long-term patient care facility. The skilled health care team consists of nursing, dietary, social services, activities and restorative services. The activities program provides social and entertainment opportunities. Family involvement is encouraged.

with 9-1-1 emergency medical services. Staffed by EMT IV Technicians, it responds
to over 700 requests for emergency care every year. Its three state-of-the-art ambulances

The Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center has been serving the health care needs of Baldwin and surrounding communities since 1957. Dr. Earl Jacot built the present Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center in 1973. The office is staffed by his son, Dr. Douglas E. Jacot and his daughter, Dr. Teri Lynn Adams. The Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center is a full service Chiropractic facility, offering diagnostic, therapeutic and treatment. The office is open Monday through Saturday and does offer evening appointments. The office is located at the corner of Highway 63 and Cedar on the south side of Baldwin.

Optometrist and Ophthalmologist care is offered at Baldwin Eye Clinic as well as examinations, eyeglass fitting and contact lenses. Specialists at the clinic can provide for small incision and cataract surgery. Dr. Paul Trites, Ophthalmologist and Dr. Dennis Soderberg, Optometrist, are on staff. Dr. Soderberg also works at the Glenwood office.
Dr. Douglas D. Podoll and his friendly, caring staff provide orthodontic care for children and adults. A board eligible orthodontic specialist, Dr. Podoll has been helping Wisconsin smile for 11 years.
In practice for 20 years, Dr. Heilmann specializes in straightening teeth. Office hours are Friday, 1 day a month from 9 am-5 pm in Baldwin.
Dr. Grant Hutchins offers health care at Hillcrest Chiropractic office on the north end of Baldwin.
In practice for 23 years, Dr. Price is the one dentist located in Baldwin. Offering family dentistry services, Dr. Price's office is open Monday through Thursday.
