Since February, 1972, Baldwin Care Center has been a 76-bed long-term patient care facility. The skilled health care team consists of nursing, dietary, social services, activities and restorative services. The activities program provides social and entertainment opportunities. Family involvement is encouraged.

Baldwin AmbulanceSince 1979, Baldwin Ambulance Service has been providing central St. Croix County with 9-1-1 emergency medical services. Staffed by EMT IV Technicians, it responds to over 700 requests for emergency care every year. Its three state-of-the-art ambulances are well equipped to provide the community with the highest-quality care possible. Baldwin Ambulance Service prides itself for being innovative and proactive to improve the quality of care for the people it serves.

Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center. S.C.

The Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center has been serving the health care needs of Baldwin and surrounding communities since 1957. Dr. Earl Jacot built the present Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center in 1973. The office is staffed by his son, Dr. Douglas E. Jacot and his daughter, Dr. Teri Lynn Adams. The Baldwin Chiropractic Health Center is a full service Chiropractic facility, offering diagnostic, therapeutic and treatment. The office is open Monday through Saturday and does offer evening appointments. The office is located at the corner of Highway 63 and Cedar on the south side of Baldwin.

Services include small incision cataract surgery, physical therapy, home health care, diabetic education, and Life Begins birthing center. Specialist services include audiology, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, general surgery and ear, nose and throat.

Optometrist and Ophthalmologist care is offered at Baldwin Eye Clinic as well as examinations, eyeglass fitting and contact lenses. Specialists at the clinic can provide for small incision and cataract surgery. Dr. Paul Trites, Ophthalmologist and Dr. Dennis Soderberg, Optometrist, are on staff. Dr. Soderberg also works at the Glenwood office.
